Creating Sales and Marketing Setups in New Markets and successfully running them.

Strategic market analysis and Business Plan development.

Strategizing / Forecasting/ Implementation.

Brand/Product Development and Management.

Hire, Train, Manage, Mentor and Motivate Team.

Build and Manage large Multi-State Operations.

Planning, Nurturing and expanding the operations.

Developing Systems and Processes for smooth functioning of operations.

Enhancing market penetration through increased Retail sales & retailer

Implementing innovative & effective CRM initiatives.

Planning and executing Product Launches, Marketing and Sales Promotions Campaigns

Team Building and Team Management for satisfied & motivated sales force.
