Roles and Responsibility:
Leading and driving strategic brand activities in the
market, developing appropriate ATL strategy for Branding & Promotional
Solutions by exploring conventional and non- conventional media channels.
Coordinating with creative agencies for timely completion of
all jobs. Leads the agency/partner in the development, execution, and on-going
evaluation of all relevant aspects of the marketing strategy (For Example:
creative, media, promotion, research etc.)
Bring out of the box and innovative ideas and creative
content to enhance the brand value
Design & Implement ATL media campaigns as per business
needs
Develop clear understanding of branding objectives and
thereby make branding a strategic business partner.
Creating brand salience and building imagery of brand to
support the marketing activities.
Manage ATL, BTL, on-site creative and campaign management,
to drive brand awareness and preference
Candidates having prior work experience with organizations
having strong Brand visibility are preferred. Exposure to Market Trend
Analysis, Celebrity Management, Brand Research, competition Tracking &
analysis are necessary.
Having expertise in innovative Product launch
strategies/support, rural & Go to customer strategies/programs and
solution-based experience for influencers/customers to improve their
satisfaction.
Candidates having strong Brand Management experience from
FMCG/FMCD/Paints industry will be preferred.
Experience- 14+ years.
Qualification: MBA/PGDM
