Key Responsibilities

Drawing & Design

  • Prepare and modify engineering drawings using CAD software.
  • Develop detailed design layouts, technical drawings, schematics, and plans.
  • Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
  • Review and verify drawing accuracy before submission or execution.
  • Maintain revision control and drawing records.

Documentation & Administration

  • Maintain design files, technical documents, and drawing databases.
  • Coordinate approvals and document flow between departments, consultants, and vendors.
  • Prepare reports, BOQs, technical summaries, and project documentation.
  • Ensure proper filing and archival of drawings and project records.
  • Assist in procurement-related technical documentation where required.

Coordination

  • Coordinate with project teams, architects, consultants, and site engineers.
  • Attend design review meetings and incorporate feedback into revised drawings.
  • Support project execution teams with technical clarifications.

Compliance & Quality

  • Ensure adherence to company standards, ISO procedures, and statutory regulations.
  • Conduct periodic checks for drawing quality and documentation accuracy.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Architecture or relevant field).
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as:
    • AutoCAD
    • SolidWorks
    • Revit (if applicable)
  • Knowledge of engineering drawing standards and design principles.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in drawing/design and administrative coordination preferred.
  • Experience in infrastructure, construction, manufacturing, or engineering projects is an advantage.
