Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain electrical systems in the Captive Power Plant (CPP)
• Monitor generators, transformers, switchgear, MCCs, and protection systems
• Ensure uninterrupted power supply to plant operations
• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and minimize downtime
• Coordinate with operation and maintenance teams during shutdowns
• Maintain electrical safety standards and statutory compliance
• Monitor load distribution, power factor, and energy consumption
• Handle HT/LT systems, relay coordination, and synchronization activities
• Prepare maintenance reports, logs, and technical documentation
• Support commissioning and testing of electrical equipment
