• Responsible for production, machine operation, quality, and process control.
• Knowledge of wire drawing machines, dies, lubrication, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor production targets, rejection, downtime, and material consumption.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality teams and ensure safety compliance.
• Willing to work in shifts.
