Job Description – Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher

Department: Internal Audit
Reporting To: President (Commercial)
Location:City Office Durgapur

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits and review financial and operational processes.
• Evaluate Internal Financial Controls (IFC) and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, Income Tax Act, 1961, GST Act, 2017, and other applicable laws.
• Verify accounting records, vendor payments, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
• Assist in preparation of audit reports and follow-up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Statutory Auditors, Tax Auditors, and internal departments.
• Support implementation of SOPs, risk management practices, and compliance frameworks.
• Perform any other assignments entrusted by the RO from time to time.

Qualification & Skills

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Fresher.
• Knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, and Companies Act, 2013.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
