Job Description

Position: Officer – Dispatch
Department: Dispatch
Division: Rolling Mill
Location: Bamunara Plant

Job Purpose

To manage dispatch operations of finished goods from Rolling Mill and ensure timely, accurate, and safe delivery as per dispatch schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily dispatch of finished materials.
Ensure proper loading/unloading of materials.
Prepare and verify dispatch documents, invoices, e-way bills, and gate passes.
Coordinate with production, stores, and transporters for smooth dispatch.
Maintain dispatch records and MIS reports.
Ensure stock reconciliation with dispatch quantities.
Monitor vehicle movement and turnaround time.
Ensure safety and compliance during dispatch operations.
