Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and expense documentation.

Process vendor bills, employee reimbursements, petty cash, and administrative expenses.

Verify invoices and supporting documents before processing payments.
-
Assist with bank reconciliations and tracking outstanding payments/receivables.

Maintain records related to office expenses, assets, contracts, and administrative purchases.

Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments regarding bills and payments.

Prepare MIS reports, expense statements, and other periodic financial reports.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Assist auditors by providing required documents and financial records.

Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting procedures, and applicable statutory requirements.

Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial and administrative records.

Provide general administrative support to the finance/accounts department.

Typical Qualifications:
B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification; relevant experience in accounts and administration is generally preferred.
