SECURITY GUARD

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor entry and exit points to ensure authorized access only.
• Verify visitor identities, issue visitor passes, and maintain visitor logs.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify security risks or suspicious activities.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and security alarm systems.
• Report and document incidents, accidents, or security breaches.
• Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical situations, or unauthorized access.
• Protect company property from theft, vandalism, or damage.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies and safety procedures.
• Assist the administration team during events, VIP visits, and emergency evacuations.
• Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when required.
• Maintain daily security records and submit reports to the Security Supervisor or Administration Manager.

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a security guard is preferred.
• Valid security guard license/certification (if required by local regulations).
• Basic knowledge of fire safety and emergency response.
• Good communication and observation skills.
• Physically fit and able to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
