Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide security guards during assigned shifts.
- Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and address security risks.
- Ensure adherence to company security policies and standard operating procedures.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, fire alarms, and medical situations.
- Investigate and report security breaches, thefts, accidents, or suspicious activities.
- Maintain visitor logs, gate passes, incident reports, and daily security records.
- Monitor CCTV systems and other security equipment, reporting any irregularities.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when required.
- Assist the Administration department during VIP visits, events, and emergency drills.
- Ensure proper functioning of security systems and report maintenance requirements.
- Train and mentor junior security personnel on security protocols and emergency response.
Qualifications
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); graduation is preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in industrial, corporate, or commercial security, including supervisory experience.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV operations, access control systems, and emergency response procedures.
- Good communication, observation, and incident reporting skills.
- Physically fit and capable of working in rotational shifts.
- Knowledge of fire safety and first aid is an added advantage.

Working Conditions
- Rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as required.
