SENIOR SECURITY GUARD

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide security guards during assigned shifts.
• Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and address security risks.
• Ensure adherence to company security policies and standard operating procedures.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, fire alarms, and medical situations.
• Investigate and report security breaches, thefts, accidents, or suspicious activities.
• Maintain visitor logs, gate passes, incident reports, and daily security records.
• Monitor CCTV systems and other security equipment, reporting any irregularities.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when required.
• Assist the Administration department during VIP visits, events, and emergency drills.
• Ensure proper functioning of security systems and report maintenance requirements.
• Train and mentor junior security personnel on security protocols and emergency response.

Qualifications

• Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); graduation is preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in industrial, corporate, or commercial security, including supervisory experience.
• Basic knowledge of CCTV operations, access control systems, and emergency response procedures.
• Good communication, observation, and incident reporting skills.
• Physically fit and capable of working in rotational shifts.
• Knowledge of fire safety and first aid is an added advantage.

Working Conditions

• Rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as required.
• Regular outdoor patrols and prolonged standing or walking.
